Ms. Sinmao is responsible for the analysis and valuation of investment opportunities for Hovde Capital Advisors, particularly those companies in the bank and thrift sector.
Prior to joining Hovde Capital, Ms. Sinmao was a Vice President and Senior Analyst covering regional bank stocks for J.P. Morgan Securities in New York. She has additional sell-side experience following the banking sector for Criterion Research and Lehman Brothers.
Ms. Sinmao is originally from the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia area, and earned both a Masters of Science in Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Georgetown.
