Mr. Caddell is responsible for the analysis and valuation of investment opportunities for Hovde Capital Advisors, particularly those companies in the brokerage and asset management sectors.
Prior to joining Hovde Capital, he was a Director and Senior Analyst covering brokerage and banking stocks for Blaylock & Partners, an investment bank based in New York. Prior to joining Blaylock, Mr. Caddell was a Financial Services Equity Research Associate at Morgan Stanley and a Financial Institutions Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston. He also worked as a reporter and editor for Institutional Investor Magazine and Newsletters and as a reporter for The Keene Sentinel, a daily newspaper in New Hampshire.
Mr. Caddell received his Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College. He is married with one daughter and one son and lives in Bethesda, Maryland.
