Mr. Marks is responsible for evaluating the financial and strategic options of financial institutions, performing financial analyses and valuations of banks and thrifts, facilitating merger and acquisition transactions, as well as assessing the impact of national and regional trends on the financial services industry. He has worked with clients on both the sell-side of mergers and acquisitions, branch and subsidiary divestitures and capital raising initiatives.
Mr. Marks, a native to Chicago, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from DePaul University.
