Mr. Horne is responsible for evaluating the financial and strategic options of financial institutions, performing financial analyses and valuations of banks and thrifts, facilitating merger and acquisition transactions, and assessing the impact of national and regional trends on the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Hovde Financial, Mr. Horne was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. In this capacity, he focused on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings of equity and debt for financial institutions across the United States.
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Horne has a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Rhodes College in Tennessee.
